It is required by federal law that guns be shipped to a licensed FFL Dealer for transfer. For this reason, we are unable to ship guns directly to you. Fortunately, it's just 3 easy steps to receiving your new gun. When shopping online at Wraith Precision...
-
- Find the right gun
- Select an FFL transfer dealer who is accepting transfers in your area and give us their contact info
- Pick up your gun
- Gun Arrival: We will provide shipment tracking information so that you know when your order arrives at your chosen FFL Dealer
- Gun Inspection: The receiving FFL dealer will inspect your gun, and you should do the same before taking possession of it. If the gun is incorrect or has been damaged in shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. After transfer, any warranty or repair work must be coordinated with the gun manufacturer
- Background check: Anyone buying a gun must pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS check) or state background check before the FFL dealer can transfer possession. Some states or locations require additional documentation or licenses. Please check your local laws to make sure you have what you need
- Documentation: Be sure to bring your driver's license or state issued ID. The address must match your current residence, and the license/ID must be current (not expired). Alternate forms of ID are sometimes acceptable supporting documents, but please check with your FFL Dealer for specifics.
- Transfer Fee: Most FFL dealers will charge a transfer fee for their service. Please contact your dealer for specifics or find the info you need in advance using a tool such as the FFL Dealer Network or GunBroker.com's FFL Network or simply by doing a search for "FFL Dealers near me."
